1. Safety Precautions

Before operating the GE200 engine
Read the manual thoroughly.
Operate in a well-ventilated area to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning.

3. Initial Setup & First Start

A. Adding Fuel
Use clean, fresh unleaded gasoline (no ethanol blend preferred).
Fill the fuel tank to about 80% capacity (avoid overfilling).
B. Adding Engine Oil
Place the engine on a level surface.
Remove the oil filler cap/dipstick.
Add SAE 10W30 oil until it reaches the upper mark on the dipstick.
Reinstall the dipstick securely.
C. Starting the Engine
Turn the fuel valve to the ON position (if equipped).
Move the choke lever to the CLOSED position (for cold starts).
Pull the starter cord firmly until the engine fires.
Once running, gradually open the choke.
Allow the engine to warm up for 12 minutes before applying load.

4. Operating Instructions

Do not overload the engine, check the rated power for your equipment.
Monitor engine temperature—avoid prolonged use at maximum RPM.
Shut down properly before refueling or maintenance.

5. Storage Guidelines

Drain fuel or add a fuel stabilizer if storing >30 days.
Change oil before long term storage.
Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
