CRAFTOP Ships 25,000 Units of Chainsaws to Russian Clients

As a significant milestone for the CRAFTOP brand's independent website, our cooperation with the Russian customer on the MS180 chainsaw machine order can be regarded as a model of quality and trust. A total of 25,000 units of this equipment were successfully shipped in February, behind which lies the mutual adherence of both parties to excellent standards.

Long before the start of production, the Russian customer sent a team of senior engineers to station at the CRAFTOP factory, participating in the three strict inspections before, during and after production. At the specific request of the customer, we conducted an extreme test on the starter - a continuous 8,000 pull tests to simulate its durability under extreme working conditions, and the data results far exceeded the industry standards. After all raw materials arrived, the factory rushed to assemble 5 sample machines and completed repeated verification of core parameters such as power and speed within three days, ensuring that every performance index accurately matched the production standards and laying a solid foundation for mass production.

During the production period, the customer's engineers went deep into the production line to supervise the assembly process in real time. Every detail, from the inspection of component tolerances to the specifications of the whole machine packaging, from the verification of label information to the calibration of the weight of each unit, was confirmed by both parties.

The test in the post-production stage was even more stringent: the customer randomly selected 7 machines from the entire batch of products for an uninterrupted durability test lasting 120 hours. In the simulated actual working environment with dust and vibration, all the tested machines maintained stable operation, and there was no abnormal loss of core components. Finally, this batch of products passed the acceptance with zero defects and was shipped on time in February.

The successful conclusion of this cooperation not only demonstrates CRAFTOP's extreme pursuit of product quality but also confirms the recognition of the international market for our manufacturing strength.
